Opinion: Collierville should not spend tax dollars fighting Chick-fil-A

Tim Netherton is a Collierville resident who has been involved in Leadership Collierville, The Collierville Education Foundation, the Collierville Citizens Police Academy and the Police Chiefs Citizen’s Advisory Board. He has been a Collierville resident for 12 years and a resident of Shelby County for more than 35 years.
“I do not feel my tax dollars should be spent on a legal fight that seems to be something that everyone has allowed to go too far. We have too many other needs in the town — things that my tax dollars in the General Fund should be going to.”
