Carrefour at The Gateway submits new plan to Germantown
Carrefour at The Gateway, a mixed-use development at the southwest corner of Poplar Avenue and Kirby Parkway, has submitted a revised site plan to Germantown for approval. The Planning Commission is set to review the new application that includes 320 apartments for Germantown’s western gateway. (Submitted)
