Led by Breya Dawson, the Briarcrest Saints oust Nashville Father Ryan in Division 2-AA. Houston, Collierville and Northpoint also pick up wins at state.
Collierville and Houston (AAA), Lakeland Prep (A), and ECS, Lausanne and St. George’s (D2-A) will represent Memphis at the state tournament starting Wednesday.
Collierville and Houston (AAA), Briarcrest (Division 2-AA) and Northpoint (D2-A) all have the talent to contend in their respective divisions.
Saints won a thriller over Knoxville Catholic while the Mustangs took control early against Rossview.
The Mustangs scored three times in the first 20 minutes of the match with the Dragons, to remain undefeated and secure the No. 1 seed for the postseason.

Playoff picture will come into better focus — at least somewhat — in Regions 8-6A, 8-5A and 8-3A after Friday.
