The aldermen unanimously approved the amended outline plan for The Standard Germantown, formerly known as Carrefour at The Gateway.
The new plan reduces the amount of office and retail space and the number of hotel rooms. However, it adds condominiums.
The new plan for the property adds 40 luxury condos and also encompasses more of the original site.
The board approved contracts for the former Germantown Country Club site and a building at the reimagined Carrefour at Kirby Woods.
