Residents review Carrefour at the Gateway
Gene Bryan, Caissa director of planning and research, said a plan submitted and approved in 2018 included retail, office, parking, hotel and green space but did not include or exclude residential use due to the zoning.
Residents expressed favor and concern of Cannon, Austin & Cannon's proposed Carrefour at The Gateway. Developers expect to receive a formal recommendation for approval or rejection from the Germantown Planning Commission Nov. 5. Developers hope aldermen review the outline plan before the end of the year.
