Mason Jambon’s new Ramble On Summer concept is officially on the books for Bartlett.
On Tuesday, Sept. 10, the suburb’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen unanimously approved a special use permit for a residential mixed-use project that would include the new restaurant and live music venue at 7157 Summer Ave./U.S. 70 northeast of Yale Road.
A portion of the 10.1-acre property is the former Bartlett Nursery. Jambon’s plans call for commercial use along the western side of the property, with Ramble On Summer in the center and residential homes on the eastern side.
The project was recommended for approval by the suburb’s Planning Commission last month.
