Local investors to buy former BlueCross BlueShield building
A group of investors has announced plans to buy the former BlueCross BlueShield building at 85 N. Danny Thomas. The six-story building was listed for sale after BCBS of Tennessee announced its move to the Commonwealth building in February. (Rendering courtesy LRK)
The property is now surrounded by three major developments: The Sterick building, 100 N. Main and The Walk on Union.
