Commercial activity is going so well at Lakeland Town Square that developer Vince Smith is considering adding to the project’s plans.
A couple of new restaurants — Ahi Asian Bistro and Rotolo’s Craft Crust — are on the way to the $100 million mixed-use project on U.S. 70, and several other commercial tenants recently opened or are opening soon.
