Marshall Steakhouse owner decides against selling

The owner of Marshall Steakhouse will not sell the original restaurant and is instead expanding into lodging and extending his offerings beyond dinner.

Randall Swaney, owner of the Holly Springs, Mississippi restaurant, announced his new direction on Tuesday, Dec. 30. The new concept is a switch in plans from November when he considered selling the Marshall County location and concentrate on a new location in Oxford.
