June home sales down 12.6% from 2022
Compared to last June’s reported 2,016 total home sales, there was a drop of 254 units this past month to 1,762 home sales. (The Daily Memphian file)
Although total home sales have decreased from last year, June sales rose 43.3% over May’s sales.
