Collierville approves Byhalia Commons and condominiums
Byhalia Commons includes multifamily residences and nearly 85,000 square feet of non-residential space. Those components and a large common area are part of the first phase. (Submitted)
Byhalia Commons is south of Tenn. 385 on the west side of Byhalia Road and bordered by Collierville Road to the south. The condominiums are east of Town Square near Washington Street and Mount Pleasant Road.
