Germantown shopping center sold for $3.2 million

DSD Investments has bought the 17,000-square-foot strip shopping center at 3164 Forest Hill-Irene Road for $3.2 million. 

Eric Fuhrman with Crye-Leike Commercial represented the buyer, DSD Investments. The seller, McLean Properties LLC, was represented by John Reed with The Shopping Center Group.
