Part of The Commercial Appeal’s former building to be auctioned

The former Commercial Appeal building’s office space at 495 Union Ave. will be auctioned on Ten-X starting Monday, Dec. 2, until Wednesday, Dec. 4. 

The five-story, 128,672-square-foot office building on 2.9 acres was originally on the market by Colliers with a listing price of $4.9 million. The started bid is $1.1 million.
