Welcome to Inked, a column that notes some of the week’s commercial real estate transactions and updates in the greater Memphis area that may have gone unnoticed.

Dollar Fulfillment expands in Olive Branch

Dollar Fulfillment has expanded its local operations by leasing a 156,000-square-foot facility at 5755 FedEx Lane in Olive Branch.

The expansion doubles the third-party logistics company’s previous footprint at 4477 Getwell Road.

Colliers broker Brad Murchison represented the tenant, Dollar Fulfillment. The landlord, EQT Exeter, was self-represented by Dan Camuti and Bobby Daush.
