New soul food restaurant in former Ms. Girlee’s
The Gourmet Gallery owners will open a new soul food restaurant at 629 Chelsea Ave., the former Ms. Girlee’s Soul Food.
Helen and Marlon Hammond will open the restaurant in the North Memphis market in addition to their Downtown eatery at 412 S. Main St.
