A ‘real shame': Latest attempt to revive South Main building falls apart

After yet another attempt to revive the century-old building at 409 S. Main St. fell short, the property is going up for auction next month.

The 35,000-square-foot building will be auctioned from Oct. 6 to Oct. 8 with a starting price of $400,000 on the TenX website, following Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Advisors’ attempt to sell the building.
