Luxury apartments approved for former Hy-Vee site in Bartlett
Louisiana-based developer Stoa Group is bringing luxury apartments to a Bartlett site previously considered for a Hy-Vee grocery store.
Stoa will build 312 high-end “flats,” along with approximately 25,000 square feet of commercial space, at The Waters at Bartlett on the northeast corner of New Brunswick Road and Brunswick Road.
