Ben Boscaccy is a real estate agent on a mission in Germantown.
His goal isn’t related to selling houses. It’s about exercise, passing approximately 15,000 homes in Germantown. Strolling along suburban streets. With smart glasses, he’s documenting the journey on TikTok.
Others seem interested in his journey. The second day, the video received nearly 50,000 views — more than the population of Germantown — and people started following along.
