Expensive intersection improvements could make or break a new $61 million luxury apartment mixed-use project on the east end of Bartlett.

On Monday, Dec. 1, the suburb’s Planning Commission endorsed a master plan for The Waters at Bartlett project on the northeast corner of New Brunswick Road and Brunswick Road.

Louisiana-based developer Stoa Group will build 312 high-end “flats” along with approximately 25,000 square feet of commercial space on 25.7 acres near the intersection.
