Stuart Smith and David Halle are partnering on a new Collierville complex that offers flexibility and allows businesses to own — rather than lease. Civic Center Office Park near Market Boulevard and Civic Center Drive will offer about 32,000 square feet of offices. The town gave flexibility in how the pair configure the 4.7-acre site.
Smith and Halle are responsible for seeing the new buildings are built as shells to fit the size an office user needs, and then it’s sold to a building owner. It takes about three months to produce a shell.
“Most office parks require you to lease from an individual owner for the entire office park,” Smith said.
