Chef Jimmy Sinh, known as “Sushi Jimmi,” plans to open a restaurant early this summer in the former By the Brewery space.
Next Level Chef’s Kitchen is the second restaurant location for Sinh and his wife, who own Poke Paradise on Summer Avenue.
