Downtown hotel-Airbnb hybrid won’t be your average one-trick pony

A former Downtown apartment complex is being converted into a hotel-and-Airbnb hybrid with an expected opening this summer.
The Stallion, a three-story building at at 436 S. Front St., is undergoing a $1 million renovation, said co-owner Amit Aggarwal.
Aggarwal said the concept will include a “combination” of hotels and Airbnbs, including the ease of an Airbnb check-in but with staff on-site 24/7 like a hotel.
