FedEx exec will get multimillion-dollar cash payout

FedEx Corp. on Tuesday, Aug. 12, revealed the exit terms with former executive vice president Sriram Krishnasamy, including a $3.27 million cash payment. 

Krishnasamy, the executive vice president, chief transformation officer and chief digital information officer, stepped down on Thursday, July 17.
