Memphis-based Mallory Alexander International Logistics has been acquired by a group of industry veterans and a private-equity firm.
Mallory Alexander, founded in 1925, is a full-service logistics provider for manufacturers, retailers and other storage and shipment suppliers worldwide.
The company announced Tuesday, Oct. 7, it had been acquired by Endeavour, a private-equity firm that invests in founder-owned and family businesses, and CoPilot Global Logistics Holdings, a “strategic holding partner” formed and owned by Carmen Gerace, Rich Bolte and Paul Svindland.
