Sea snails might not be the first thing that jumps off a menu in suburban Cordova, but they probably should be — especially now that Pho 4ever is slinging a $15 plate of oc huong xào bo toi that’s got me completely smitten. That’s Vietnamese for sautéed sea snails, by the way.
So let’s just address the elephant in the room right away: Sea snails.
