Joshua Carlucci is a writer and food journalist from Los Banos, California. “We wanted to pay homage to the city,” said one of the owners of The Crazy Coop. “Homage to Crumpy’s, Rayford’s, D’Bo’s — all of the big wing places. But we knew we needed to come with something different, something unique.”
