Former teacher found the recipe for a brighter tomorrow — it starts with smoked chicken

In 2018, after Memphis native Reggie Morrow moved to California, he began to focus on food — both in his personal life and for work.Â
He wanted to eat healthier and lose weight. But, he also started a business selling Memphis-style barbecue chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes and rolls.
Only, when he moved back to Memphis, he knew the Bluff City barbecue market was saturated. That’s when he seized upon smoked chicken salad.Â
