Cordova’s Amplified Meal Prep is big on flavor, convenience — and counting macros
Molly, right, and Richard McCracken started Amplified Meal Prep in 2017 to help Memphians eat healthy. Now, they employ 30 people and have a 6,500-square-foot commercial kitchen in Cordova. (Brad Vest/Special to The Daily Memphian)
After helping friends with healthy, prepared meals, Richard and Molly McCracken quickly gained a steady business from customers in the local fitness community who needed help eating and calculating their macronutrients.
