From Pine Hill to Lamar Avenue and beyond, Hillboyz builds a Memphis success story

Loud traffic disappears behind you as you step into Hillboyz Wing and Burger Bar at 3711 Lamar Ave.
Inside, red-and-black checkered tablecloths and a low hum of conversation anchor the space. Above the music, the steady ringing of the phone cuts through the room.
Customers are calling with orders. Others arrive in waves. A worker from a nearby warehouse stops in to place his lunch order. A mom joins the line behind him, picking up the dinner she’d ordered for her family.
Hillboyz has a diverse menu built around thoughtfully cross-utilized components, all prepared fresh and in-house.
