Over Keel serves wine, small plates in Uptown
The wait is over for Uptown’s wine bar, Over Keel, which is located next to The Kent event space at 61 Keel Ave.
Over Keel opened in late June as a neighborhood wine bar, serving several types of wine, small plates and a selection of beers and cocktails.
