Halcyon Bakery aims to elevate Memphis’ pastry scene

After 30 years in Seattle, where he worked in business development, Reggie Edwards is back in his hometown and opening an artisanal bakery.
Halcyon Bakery & Cafe, which will specialize in pastries and breads using French baking techniques, is set to open next spring in the former Bluff City Coffee & Bakery space in Cooper-Young.
