Bartlett High is getting a new outdoor practice facility

A new multimillion dollar covered outdoor athletic practice field is in the works for Bartlett High, Superintendent David Stephens announced Tuesday, Jan. 28.
The facility was the highlight during Stephens’ speech to the Community Leaders luncheon at the Bank of Bartlett headquarters at 6281 Stage Road. The luncheon was the latest in a series hosted by the bank showcasing local leaders.
Stephens, head of Bartlett City Schools since its inception, reminisced about the $70 million renovation of Bartlett High and the conversion and renovation of the former Shadowlawn Middle into the Bartlett Ninth Grade Academy.
