Suburban incumbents head toward reelection as more candidates pull petitions

Several incumbents who are seeking reelection in Shelby County’s suburbs took the first step in the process this week.

Monday, June 22, was the first day that candidates in Bartlett, Collierville, Germantown, Lakeland and Millington could pull petitions for the general election Nov. 3.

Some incumbents and newcomers picked up their paperwork Monday, but others picked up petitions Tuesday, June 23.
