Shelby County Commission committees consider worker pay, rugby field grant

Shelby County Commission committees will consider Wednesday legislation to pay county employees $15 an hour. Commissioners also will consider measures giving a $50,000 grant for a rugby field and rescinding a resolution that amended how county properties are named.
