Popular pizza place opening new U of M location

A popular pizza place is joining the University of Memphis’ campus food court.
Slim + Husky’s Pizza Beeria will make its debut on campus in the Maxine A. Smith University Center on Monday, Aug. 25, as classes begin for the 2025-26 academic year. A grand opening celebration will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 27, at 11 a.m.
