Opinion: Frayser Recycling Center says ‘we are good neighbors’
Writer Carol Williamson says of the Memphis Wrecking Co. site at 2948 Thomas St. in Frayser: “We are fully permitted by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation and are referred to by the State as a Class III Landfill which simply means that we are a landfill that accepts construction and demolition (C&D) materials as allowed by the State.
