Tate Wilson

Tate Wilson, a community advocate, serves on the board of Teach For America Memphis. She is also on the boards of the Kemmons Wilson Family Foundation, Memphis College of Art, and Memphis Delta Preparatory Charter School. A native of Memphis, she attended the University of Virginia where she majored in religious studies.

Kristy Dorman

Kristy Dorman serves on the board of Teach For America Memphis. She is a marketing consultant who specializes in strategic planning, leadership communications and project management. She has a degree in international studies/marketing from Gannon University in Pennsylvania. During a 15-year tenure at FedEx, she earned an MBA  from the University of Memphis executive program.  

TFA teachers make a commitment to the next generation of Memphians, and a group of community advocates makes sure those teachers get a welcome box and support when they arrive.
