Jon McCreery served as Germantown alderman from 2020 to 2024. During his time, he proposed changing the mayor’s status to full-time. He is the chairman of the suburb’s Planning Commission. He previously served 14 years on Memphis and Shelby County Land Use Control Board, including 11 as chairman.

“We need to change our form of government. We need to ensure our city has the full-time leadership needed to meet the demands of today and the expectations of the future.”
