Memphis FC falls in home opener

The first goal in Memphis FC history duly arrived Thursday — two of them, in fact, both courtesy of local product Miller Lashlee.
The team’s first victory will have to wait for another day.
Louisiana-based LA Krewe scored a demoralizing goal just before halftime then added four more in the second to defeat the city’s first-year United Soccer League 2 squad, 5-2, at Mike Rose.
