Former Rice special teams coordinator Pete Lembo will take over Memphis special teams, replacing Joe Lorig who is off to Texas Tech. 

The Grizzlies and Chandler Parsons have agreed to an indefinite separation after the forward declined a rehab assignment to the G League Memphis Hustle. Parsons signed a four-year, $94 million contract with Memphis in the summer of 2016.
