Opening-round 65 is good for what ails Michael Thorbjornsen

Michael Thorbjornsen’s health was well below par Thursday, Aug. 13. Fortunately for him, so was his golf score.
Thorbjornsen, a 24-year-old Massachusetts native and a first-time participant in the FedExCup playoff, opened with a round of 5-under 65 to claim a share of the lead after the opening round of the FedEx St. Jude Championship at TPC Southwind.
