Ed Scott starts as Memphis’ AD

Ed Scott’s tenure as the Memphis Tigers’ new athletic director is official underway as of Monday, July 29.
Scott replaces former AD Laird Veatch, who now holds the same position at Missouri.
Scott isn’t going to solve every issue in the first week or month, and especially not on Day 1. But he will have to hit the ground running in a few areas.
