Glover appeared in only one game last season, completing 11-of-29 passes for 94 yards. His stops before Cal were at Western Carolina and Penn.
Glover played in 16 games for Penn, where he threw for 1,573 yards and eight touchdowns, and rushed for 373 yards and two touchdowns. The Tigers pick up this commitment after quarterback Grant Gunnell entered the transfer portal and ended up at North Texas.
Bringing Glover to Memphis will help add depth to that position group, which is expected to be led by sophomore Seth Henigan. Freshman Tevin Carter and junior Hunter Hulsey were the other two who participated in spring camp.
