Germantown Planning Commission endorses cell tower, Thornwood hotel

Germantown's Planning Commission reviewed and endorsed Thornwood's amended outline plan Tuesday evening, allowing a second hotel. Additionally, a cell tower near Dogwood Elementary School won support.
