Carrefour at The Gateway endorsed by Planning Commission

City looks to ban single-use standalone multi-family developments.

Carrefour at The Gateway, a mixed-use development including retail, hotel, office and multi-family components, was endorsed by Germantown's Planning Commission Tuesday.
