More new homes are coming to Bartlett’s New Brownsville Road corridor.
The Bartlett Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved a special use permit on Tuesday, July 23, to allow an addition to a planned residential development south of New Brownsville Road and west of Springtree Drive.
“This is an eight-lot addition to a previously approved planned development, Joyce’s Gardens, which this board approved in August of 2022,” Kim Taylor, the suburb’s director of planning and economic development, said.
