Substantial industrial tracts available in Bartlett

While industrial growth in Bartlett has been limited in recent years to companies expanding their existing facilities, several parcels on the market could provide opportunities for companies looking to establish a footprint in the region.
Four properties totaling more than 200 acres are available inside Bartlett Corporate Park on the north side of U.S. 64 west of Germantown Parkway.
That makes the suburb one of the most viable industrial real estate markets in Shelby County, in the opinion of John Threadgill, president of the Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce.
