Locals send love, donated goods to tornado victims ahead of Christmas

Les Harris, a driver for GCI Transport, drove a truck filled with donated items for Mayfield, Ky., residents devastated by tornadoes. He refused payment. “We really didn’t think we’d fill it,” said Collierville resident Carrie Wylie. “We had to turn people away. (The response) was incredible.” (Submitted)

Groups gather goods, share love to those who lost everything to the devastating tornadoes that caused havoc across multiple states earlier this month.
