Collierville leaders will review a rezoning request on Monday, Sept. 23 that opens an opportunity for a new senior housing in the Bailey Station-Winchester area.
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen will consider the change to 9 acres southeast of Winchester Road and Peyton Parkway. The site is bordered by FedEx World Technology Center to the south and Ciel of Collierville, an assisted living facility, to the east. Winchester is to the north and the Mansfield neighborhood is north of that.
In addition to the subdivision and office building, the board will also consider the preliminary site plan for Dutch Bros Coffee, the walk-up and drive-thru coffee concept, at Schilling Farms.
