Collierville leaders selected new aldermen with secret process

The road Collierville took last week to select its two new aldermen, Charles Hall and Jewel Jordan, was a bit of a mess.
Not only did the aldermen struggle to agree on the appointments, but they also appeared to cast secret ballots in a nonvoting and unadvertised meeting.
